Yoga Classes with specific therapeutic focus.

My Yoga classes go further than a general Yoga class and aim to work on habits to evolve Functional Life Skills in Awareness, Feelings, Words and Thoughts, Movement, Breathing, Senses and Lifestyle, Nutrition, Relationships, and Life Meaning.  Developing skills in these areas can help to maintain or work towards holistic health.

They are also a space to meet others on a similar journey and gaining a sense of community.

I teach useful and practical skills that are scientifically evidence-based as beneficial in attaining overall health.  These are important and serious skills to learn, but I like to throw some fun in while learning and practising.
