Our Levels

Yoga for Everybody and Anybody

01

Level 1

Very gentle.  No experience needed  Appropriate for individuals with physical challenges and Seniors.

Level 2

Low Intensity.  No experience needed.  Incorporates gentle movement sequences, breath work, guided meditation and relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

Level 3

Moderate intensity.  No experience needed but good body awareness and some fitness is helpful. Includes Asana / Postures, Pranayama / breathing, and guided meditation / awareness / mindfulness practices.

Level 4

A class for anyone who would like a deep meditation practice that is not limited to those who practice yoga.

This practice begins with suggested yoga asana (postures) which participants choose to follow or choose to move in their own individual way, with the purpose of preparing the body and mind for pranayama (breathing practices), mantra (use of sound repetition) and meditation that follows.  This class is for yoga practitioners, somatic body workers, and anyone who wants to experience the bliss of deeper meditation / awareness / mindfulness and become deeply connected to themselves.  An awareness practice facilitates self-transformation and develops intuition.
